High-Involvement Innovation Practices At Finnish Workplaces

2007 – This paper examines the spread of high-involvement innovation at the workplace in Finland and how this way of working can be promoted by means of a subsidized R & D program. The research material used is based on an examination of the Finnish Workplace Development Programme Tykes: a program to promote and improve the quality of work and productivity. The results provide a strong argument in favor of the supporting role of the program.
