Swedish cooperation: the resurgance of teamwork at Volvo

2011 – Research on renewed teamwork at Volvo. Ben Kuipers has made a PhD thesis on this subject. As a researcher and consultant, Kuipers guided Volvo Trucks in Sweden in a development project for more than 80 managers and 160 teams. Based on his research, he developed the PERFORMABILITY Scan, a concept and team development tools that link directly to team performance. Several organizations at home and abroad and instruments already use his concept. The Erasmus University is conductin a research on teams in civil service and care.
