Understanding the value of innovation

2009 – Innovation has become a byword for progress and prosperity. Who does not innovate, will stand still – just like the knowledge. To get a better grip on innovation and learning how innovation can contribute to the competitiveness of Dutch companies and the Dutch economy INSCOPE was started. INSCOPE stands for: Social Innovation for Competitiveness, Organizational and Human Performance Excellence.
In this article Christine Walker gives the floor to Henk Volberda of INSCOPE to explain what workplace innovation is all about, what it can do for the economy and the role of INSCOPE herein.
