Blended coaching for integral organisational redesign

2010 – Blended Coaching is targeted at integral organizational redesign, where learning and working together aim to bring behavior in line with the strategy.

Blended coaching is a mix of methods leading to a measurable development in human and organization; take full advantage of the combination of a digital learning environment, classroom sessions and coaching-on-the-job with great attention to monitoring the progress. In the center of the approach  is ‘learning by doing ‘, allowing participants to gain more insight into their own personality and in the company in its context.

Drs. Remie and Dr. Rob. Aldert van Buuren have described in a book the experience with this method. Here fifteen case studies are described. The book is partly available digitally, via https://issuu.com/quist/docs/blendedcoaching. The New Way of Work and ‘generation learning’ are themes that are discussed in this book.
