Labour relations 2020

2012 – The book ‘Arbeidsverhoudingen 2020 (Labour relations 2020) gives input for a discussion about renewal of collective agreements and inspires parties to start working on the innovation of collective agreements.

This book starts with the observation that collective agreements left to less room for and invite hardly to work place innovation; they are based on old fashioned labour relations. In different contributions several authors elaborate on important developments and trends and give answer to the question what the consequences for the labour relations in general and for the collective agreement in special may be. Each essay is commented on by a person who is important in the Dutch labour relations.
