New Worlds of Work – assessment instrument

New Worlds of Work – assessment instrument

New Worlds of Work is a set of science-based instruments for measurement by the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University enabling organizations to assess the appreciation of several work-related aspects by the employees (and their managers). In addition, the instrument also examines the perceived performance on the dimensions People (job satisfaction, work-life balance), Profit (flexibility, innovative work behavior and productivity) and Planet (sustainable work and travel behavior). Ideally, the instrument is applied prior to the introduction of New Ways of Working (0-measurement) and then again after introduction of New Ways of Working (posttests). The instrument is designed in modules, that is to say that certain aspects may or may not be taken up in the analysis. Also, the instrument can examine what working dimensions contribute to (improving) performance. More information See the attachment
